Church leadership and ministry events take presidence over community use, and your event may be canceled or bumped at any time in accordance with church leadership decisions. Once you fill out and submit this form it will be sent to Grace Church staff to be reviewed.

After filling out of this form, if approved, this event will then be put on the church calendar, and you will be notified via the email supplied.

Church Property Use Guidelines



 GUIDELINES:


-When event is concluded, please clean the area(s) you used.

-If kitchen was used, garbage should be bagged and MUST also be taken out to the dumpster located near storage shed in parking lot.

-If tables and chairs were put up, they must be cleaned and put back where they were found.

-Event organizer listed above will also be responsible for securing church by locking all entrances.

-If any materials are left for additional meetings at Grace Church, Grace Church will not be held liable in case of accidents, fire or theft of property, or other loss.
 
-By digitally signing my name below, I am acknowledging that Grace Community Bible Church will not be held liable for any accidents incurred to a participant while using the church or any of its' property.
